Our Work
Geodesic Domes come in various forms and we've tried exploring these different types to get a sense of the benefits of their varying structures, their resistance and their versatility. From this exploration we have settled on the best structure for the Irish climate.

01
Tetela, Mexico
This first interaction into Geodesic domes sparked an interest in extraordinary structures and their collaboration with nature.
02
East Clare Community Coop
The pilot project of Frequency Domes where I learned about the challenges and joys of making a dome. Made from recycled wood and polycarbonate glazing is a nice feature in a community space.

03
Dodecahedron Egg Box
This fun exploration of different forms with a functional application as an egg box with a living roof is eye-catching at the least and highly weather resistant.
04
Freq 2 Dome
The first dome I built in Ireland was one that could be put up and taken down easily. This is a jointed dome in frequency 2 meaning it has less triangles. It served as a stall for markets before I decided I'd like to continue working with domes. We're not offering this model as a product at this moment.
